Planejamento: como fazer um briefing para um projeto de interiores

A execução adequada de um briefing para interiores com o cliente soluciona diversos problemas que poderiam acompanhar o projeto durante todas as etapas, do planejamento à entrega, como: refação, desalinhamento na expectativa, esgotamento de recursos e falta de foco.

Quando você realiza o atendimento de um novo cliente, é comum que toda a empolgação venha à tona. O cliente, confiante em seu trabalho, está repleto de expectativas e sonhos.

Como fazer, então, para agrupar as ideias e os desejos dos clientes, colocando, no papel, todas as informações necessárias para o início de um projeto?

A resposta está na produção de um briefing robusto, que contemple o que o cliente realmente precisa.

O briefing é a primeira fase do planejamento. Existem diversas formas e métodos para realizar um briefing. Porém, o objetivo principal de todos eles é registrar e especificar todas as atividades a serem realizadas, de acordo com as necessidades do cliente, norteando todo projeto.

Dessa forma, com o fechamento do briefing, o cliente fica ciente de suas escolhas pessoais para o ambiente, além de poder acompanhar o cronograma e o projeto original.

Conhecendo o ambiente

Qual é o ambiente a ser trabalhado? Ele possui limitações ou restrições técnicas? É um apartamento, uma casa, uma sala comercial? Reúna, com o seu cliente, todas as informações sobre o ambiente a ser trabalhado, de forma a remover todos os empecilhos que poderiam surgir na hora da execução e implementação da composição.

Entendendo o cliente

O diálogo franco e aberto é a parte fundamental para a construção de um bom briefing. O objetivo é reconhecer as necessidades e dificuldades dos usuários de determinado ambiente, bem como suas expectativas e as soluções esperadas. Além disso, é importante conhecer as preferências estéticas: se o cliente gosta mais do estilo clássico, moderno, contemporâneo, minimalista etc. Se possível, reúna as referências vistas pelo cliente, criando um moodboard que inspire a criação do design.

Entender o que o cliente precisa

Nem sempre o cliente sabe do que ele precisa. Por isso, durante a conversa, fique atento aos detalhes e às informações repassadas. É possível captar nuances que farão toda a diferença no projeto.

Por exemplo, para o projeto de uma sala, caso um dos hobbies do cliente for assistir filmes e séries, faz sentido dar destaque especial à televisão. Nessa hora, o cliente conta com você para entregar as soluções necessárias para o seu bem estar.

Documentando e validando o briefing

Um briefing não é feito necessariamente coletado em um mesmo dia, sendo necessário tempo para pesquisa com o cliente e entendimento das etapas projeto.

Dessa forma, documente o briefing em um arquivo formal. Em uma reunião, repasse todos os pontos levantados pelo cliente, validando e confirmando os seus desejos, suas concessões, o escopo do projeto de interiores e o cronograma a ser realizado.

Caso apareçam problema ou erros de planejamento, retorne às etapas passadas. É sempre melhor errar no papel a errar durante a execução.

Com a entrega do briefing, você garante que o cliente entenda o que será realizado, podendo avançar o trabalho com mais esclarecimento sobre o contratante e o ambiente.
